Orders are wrapped by hand in recycled tissue paper. Tablecloths are shipped in specially printed rose drawstring bags made from excess fabric. Larger packages are sent in boxes while smaller packages (e.g. napkins) are sent in secure envelopes. All packaging is made from recycled paper and stamped by hand with Rosanna's drawing of a rose. Please consider the environment: recycle or - better still - re-use your packaging.

• For returns requests, please email us with your reason for return. Do not send goods without our prior consent.
• The return address will be shared once the return has been approved.
• To avoid unnecessary use of paper, we do not enclose returns forms; all returns should be requested via email.
• Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. They can be returned for exchange, credit or a full refund. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
• The cost of returning any item is at the customer’s own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent in error.
• We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost.
• Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
• Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
• Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund promptly or the items. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or credit has been processed.

Block printing is an ancient craft where each piece is produced by hand. Minor imperfections are the beauty of the designs. They signal a human hand and story involved rather than the dull accuracy and symmetry pumped out on repeat by a machine.
